Akmal is CE4A Programs Manager and Country Representative for Sudan. He is a fresh graduate mechanical engineer who has a passion for solving real-life problems, and that was one of the reasons he was getting into the renewable energy field.

Biography

Akmal is Clean Energy 4 Africa (CE4A) Programs Manager and Country Representative in Sudan. He is a fresh graduate mechanical engineer and a young renewable energy researcher with a passion for solving real-life problems “Believe in Changing the World Through Clean Energy Solutions”. Akmal has been contributing to the writing and publishing of several reports and studies on the Sudan renewable energy market, he was the main author of a survey report titled ‘Technical Training in the Sudan Solar PV Sector’, and he played a part as a reviewer for the ‘Guide to Solar Energy in Sudan’.

Another remarkable milestone in Akmal’s RE career journey was contributing as a coordinator for the ‘Launch Event: Guide to Solar Energy in Sudan Booklet’ which was an event aimed to bring together the RE stakeholders in Sudan by providing them with a platform that enhances sharing ideas to take the right step toward a bright and sustainable future.

Akmal’s contribution to the world is being an active positive person and trying to give a solution that could help solve the energy problem in Sudan.
